When Will Tata Sky Fix HD Channels Audio Problem?

Hey guys, i too joined Tata Sky HD family.
Yesterday i ordered Tata Sky HD new connection through calling CC with COD facility, after 1 hr 2 guys come and they installed new connection successfully.
My pack is Ultra+HD
Video and audio quality is good as like i have already ADTV HD connection.

Yes you can do so by reporting some mechanical problem in box. Before that just open your box and do some damage to our box. Cut some wire in box.

I have two HD boxes. One is technoclor and another is huwaei. Please share replacement cost brother.

Yesterday i took an additional tata sky hd connection. Today i noticed that fav audio problem is solved in this new box. When i have set my fav audio as hindi then i am getting hindi in nat geo hd, nat geo wild hd, history hd & bbc earth hd always even i change channel or restart the box. However fav audio problem persists in my old hd boxes and transfer box.

That's really good to know. So there are chances that this problem might get fixed in other boxes too in future via software update.

Well i am also hoping for same. As my old hd boxes are still having fav audio problem

^^ Later I thought may be its a hardware issue in old boxes which can't be fixed? Otherwise they would have fixed it already.

Good new fav audio problem solved in my technicolor hd stb but transfer box, samsung hd box & huawei hd box are still having fav audio problem.
