Hey Raghu, I bought a Dish+ connection last month @ 1600/- with 3 months free recharge.
It supports recording via USB.
You can record a channel and watch another only if both the channels are on same TP. Like Sony and Sony SAB are on same TP so you can watch Sony and record SAB at the same time and vice versa. If you move to a channel that is from another TP the interface will show you a warning that you have to stop recording to do so.
1 hour of recording consumes approx 1 GB of space.
You can also pause and play live tv. (with some limitations)
The UI is not bad as repoted by other users. (May be I like old school that's why I found it cool)
