Which is the best economic HD package available?

Dth friends,
I want to see the comparison of economic HD package available across all dth platforms. The condition is to get maximum number of HD channels with all sports channels and reasonable english entertainment below 500 rupees per month. I believe Dishtv is the front-runner at present.

I have been a fan of Videocon d2h for few years as Dishtv went against Star Sports channel addition in base packs. But now as HD channels is the premium requirement of dth users,

Dishtv provides maximum HD channels at reasonable price.

Look at the economic HD packages available today.

1. Dish Tv - South Family Sports+Full HD + Regional HD add on @ 450
2. Airtel - South Economic Sports Plus HD @ 465
3. Videocon d2h- South Gold Sports + HD Access @ 475
4.Tatasky - Super Sports Kids + HD Access @ 465

Here only Dishtv provides maximum HD channels & can enjoy all sports channels without having pay for SD version of Star channels.

What do you think guys ?
Does Dish Tv picture quality & sound quality is enough?

rdtv - best pq n aq, except this everything is bad.

adtv - better pq n aq than dish tv.

adtv - reasonable n economical

adtv - cheaper than dish tv

I believe still DishTv has the edge because of HD channels provided at low cost. I don't think there is much quality issues for HD channels.

Airtel don't give all HD channels with all base packs. It's a big disadvantage
if i don't get Star Sports HD4. This is the big issue i had with Videocon d2h.

I believe Airtel add all available HD channels{say upto 50 HD channels} this fiscal year and provide HD add on around 200 per month ,then a switch to Airtel HD is reasonable.

(Those who used to view HD channels find SD quality picture polluted & noisy. )

Rdtv sd pic quality is best because they provide all channel in hd like quality.

Bro, u may not understand HD quality. They can upscale to 1080i but the feed is not HD quality. Anyway I know RDtv sd quality is better than other provider's sd quality.

go with TATA sky, pick 99pack and add-0n 125/pm for HD access fee
u will get all HD channels from Tata sky

I don't think all channels will be provided with that HD Access.
Only one HD channel is there for that HD Access
I don't think you understand 'what is HD Access'.
