Why Indian TV still using 4:3 ratio ?

As international channels like CCTV News, Aljazeera, France 24, DW TV, Russia Today etc. Which are all in 16:9 ratio even on DD Direct... Why is Indian channels not changing their ratio. Specially NO NEWS CHANNEL.

Look at the picture quality of those International chhanels I mentioned. Being SD they seems like HD !!!

I tried to find and got just One Channel i.e. Epic which is in SD and in 16:9.

There is no lake of LED TV in India lol

You mean 21:9 right? 4:3 means black bars on the sides, don't think any channel has that.
