Yes, but that is only if u take the new framework into consideration at a general level. I am pretty sure that airtel will still offer better priced packs, discounts etc. than tata sky using options still in hand like NCF, Incentives

What else do we need to take into consideration brother? Are there any specifics I'm missing? Is Airtel offering something cheaper than Tata Sky? As far as I know, they are not. New regime had been in place for quite sometime. I would also love to have such affordability, as an Airtel customer. Unfortunately, that's not the case.

This is the wrost decision taken by Trai

Earlier in FW RS.400 I got all SD+HD Channels

Now pack from FW
RS 535 p.m. not getting all Channels

Note:if u take HD pack ,you will not Get Any SD Feed

The best Set Top Boxes among all DTH. Specially the HD+ PVR box which supports 3 tuners so you can watch 2 channels and record 3rd channel. The quality and build of Tata Sky STB is the best.

Also Customer Care of Tata Sky is excellent.

One more thing. Channels are activated immediately if you add them via missed call, SMS, WhatsApp or Customer Care.

TRAI has taken correct decision, infact cable operators did not function in a transparent manner earlier which resulted in broadcasters not getting fair share of subscription revenue. Operators would under declare subscriber base thus charging less monthly rent and still pocket healthy profits

Airtel is not offering DD channels as NCF free whereas Tatasky is giving it.
