Why there is so much delay in the launch of SAB HD channel !!

I think only popular program on Sab is tarak mehta.It will be good if they include it in Sony tv hd

it's good but impossible as Sony channel can't show comedy show
because of taarak mehta, sab is popular otherwise its normal channel
so can't be transferred
