Why TLC and Other 2 Channels in English GEC in Tata Sky?

Guys

I always wonder why following 3 channels have been put under English GEC category by Tata Sky:

TLC
NDTV Good Times
Discovery Turbo

I think the channels fit best in Infotainment category with NGC, Discovery, etc channels.

If Tata Sky puts Fox Life channel in Infotainment category, then why not TLC and NDTV Good Times?

Whats are your thoughts?

Bro I think FOX Life is from their Daddy Network I mean Star India so many be thats the reason they are providing it on lower basepacks Like SS HD 2

Similarly, RomedyNow is clubbed in Movies pack. Personnaly, I feel English Entertainment pack is better fit for RomedyNow.
