There's a difference in telecasting flop and mega hit movies. Who cares when they telecast a flop movie the next day in TV...This happened many times in tamil tv channels.one week movie premiered in puthuyugam tv.

Channels enter into agreement , after how many days they can telecast the movie in TV when they buy the movie.
Producer and SUN might have decided the days before they release the movie. In other hand producer might not thought of huge success of the movie before they sold the movie to SUN.
Sun tv did many times telecasting flop movies in short time.
