Maybe addition is delaying due to lcn number ..Becoz tatasky only have initial lcn numbers like 324 326 329 330 and 332 ..for that tatasky wanted more money as compare to airtel Becoz airtel add this channels in their last movie lcn number after fta channel..May be for that issue zeel may observering &xplorhd popularity and then it can be negotiate with tatasky same like ZEE Bollywood..

Vacant LCNs for adding &xplor HD on TS are 324, 326, 329 and 330. Though 332 is also free, it lies in between &pictures HD (331) and SD (333).

334 to 352 are completely occupied. IMO, Sony Max 2 can be moved from 336 to 329/330 and &xplor HD can be added on 336. Otherwise it may be odd to place &xplor HD before &pictures.

If You observe the LCN Placement Tendencies by TS then will find from 300 to 325 are also almost occupied. First 300 to 303 Reserved for Promo slot + Mumbai Film Festival Movie Channels -then 304/ 305 for Bollywood Premiere Slots - afterwards it's all Sloted to Big Broadcasters with High incentives.

Now TS can follow this :-

Option - 1

Shift UTV Action to LCN 324 & Zee Bollywood to LCN 325.
Place &Xplor HD in slot LCN 326.

Option - 2
-----------------
Shift & Pictures to LCN 332 & place &Xplor HD in slot LCN 333.

Option - 3

Rearrange the Whole LCN segment for Hindi Movie Genre as We both discussed earlier in TS GD Thread.

The Rearrangement now have to be done for Good Slot Settlement for both Pay & FTA Movie Channels. Because in forthcoming days We will observe more Hindi Pay as well as FTA Movie Channels will cater us with vivid offerings.

May be You are Right but not only LCN issue more other issues are involved in delay of addition of not only & Xplor HD but for Star Channels also.
The New Fresh RIO Agreement has to be signed by the DPOS before adding any Channels on their Platform. And in Signing the RIO Agreement there are lot of Games involved into it.
