Just call and raise a request buddy or u can try the same via connecting with them through their social media accounts even using WhatsApp.... Rs. 750 offer is applicable i guess only for Airtel Black customers though need to confirm this

if the IPTV boxes r interoperable to be used to receive DTH signals too for watching chs if someone already has Wi-Fi from another operator and does not opt for Airtel Wi-Fi but just wants box and even receive chs IPTV via IPTV if one opts for Airtel Wi-Fi as part of Airtel Black combo plans
l heard Tata Binge came with the feature... Any experienced member plz elaborate

My experience with Airtel Xtreme when they offered ltd active live tv channel with catch-up. Very amazing 😍 but nothing now.

Tata Play Binge boxes offered live TV chs via internet only when No Signal comes via satellite feed.... Airtel will be offering dedicated IPTV service for transmission of chs and Catch Up TV too might make a comeback soon

Last week, I tried upgrading my HD STB to an Airtel Xstream box through the Airtel app. At that time, the dealer informed me that the Hybrid (Android) box was not available and only the IPTV box was in stock.

This week, however, both the Airtel app and WhatsApp are showing a *free upgrade to IPTV* at no extra cost. When I contacted the dealer again today, he confirmed that the Hybrid box is still unavailable from Airtel.

It looks like, going forward, anyone who specifically wants the Hybrid Android box may have to opt for a completely new connection instead of an upgrade.

Quite a disappointing move by Airtel.

Yes, I raised a complaint to upgrade my HD box to an Xstream Box through [email protected] on 15 July. The initial resolution date was 16 July, but the local team called and rescheduled it to 18 July. On 18 July, they called again and rescheduled it to 20 July.
Today, I escalated the matter to [email protected]. They replied:
"Kindly allow us time till 22nd July 2026 to get back to you with an update on this."
The local team called me again today and has now rescheduled it to 22 July. I asked whether they had received a call from the escalation desk, and they said yes. However, they also said they have no stock, and even the warehouse doesn't have any stock, so they are unable to place an order for the Xstream Box.
I don't want to buy a new connection because my current DTH connection has been active since June 2009. I also don't want to migrate to IPTV, so I'll wait and see what happens. If there is still no resolution by 1 August, I'll escalate the matter further to the consumer helpline.
