Yes, amazon prime also working fine for me on Xtreme box. I would recommend you to ask Airtel to change to STB.

Yes, you call log complaint with Airtel mentioning that you are facing issues with multiple apps whereas working fine for other users.

I once called them and they said that problem is not form their side. Problem is from the application side. Now what to do.?

You have to ask and convince them is only you are facing problem with Airtel STB using these apps. Also your Prime and Youtube accounts are working fine on other platforms like mobile, Smart TV, etc. so for sure there is issue with Xtreme box.
