Even Sony also did the same....they revamped entire network with no pre announcements except few posts.... after revamp only they released many videos.

And the channels including zee bangla which logos has still not been registered yet… they have to be registered before 31st or directly on 31st… otherwise their logos will be revealed directly on the revamp 1st Jan

Zee kannada started the graphic change like 1week before and purple screen like 2 days before . But there were hints in like a week back

IIRC, those hints were given only during one of the revamp which was from Z Kannada to (zee) Kannada the red logo ones. All other revamps including the transition from red to orange were silent and sudden, but yeah they coincided few of them with some events like Zee Kutumba awards
