Both are feeds with 30 mins delay..if you tunes Zee News 651 at 8 pm then Zee news at 652 will be telecastin feed of 7:30 pm i. e 30 mins delayed feed..

So, dish tv is following Tata sky by adding + channels. Only difference is that, Tata sky is having 1 hr delay whereas dish tv is having 30 mins. Delay.
