Basically d2h will now mainly compete with sun direct and focus on south india, an article mentioned that majority of sun direct subscribers came from south india and it has near about 40% market share there (if i remember well). So let's see if d2h manages to build upon its existing stronghold

Well i think they will continue carrying some regional lang and basic hindi chs, infact they can easily accommodate bengali chs and help expand its base over there. It helps in 2 ways , in bengal d2h will b able to better serve native and south indian people settled over there as service points will b well established and same thing will help add more bengali subscribers settled down south. So they will to grow in diff regional markets apart from being dominant player in South India

In my opinion_they will not remove bro because In south states muslims etc... Watch Hindi and Telugu movies channels so may be not possible.
So still not removed north channels,
