Zee Telegu HD (Upscaled) has been removed from Dish tv platform to free up transponder space.... Good news that dish tv is removing upscaled HD channels :sp

you are right ,

now they have four test channels in their list free

test 22 , test 23 , test 24 and test 25

food first also removed from asiasat 100.5 east on asiasat 5

if you tune on asiasat 100.5 east you can tune 60 channels before it is 59 some days before.
