Too many English premium movie channels. First MN+, then SMS, then Sony Le Plex, now &privé. And not a single one in SD. :angry Look at Star Gold Select. It is available in HD as well as SD. hya
Everybody should be given the right to watch English films other than superhero/action movies (which is essentially what MNX, Sony Pix and Star Movies show 95% of the time).
Everybody should also have the right to watch Hindi films other than Telugu (and sometimes Tamil) dubbed action/romance movies (which is the lifeblood of Sony Max and Movies OK, which (as @ABCDEFGH said) is dying along with Star's OK brand). :damnThere should be no HD/SD discrimination, i.e., good quality content should be available for both HD and SD viewers).
It's high time Sony launched a Hindi premium movie channel in SD and HD. Enough of watching Son of Sathyamurthy and Patel On Sale on Sony Max HD every Saturday night. :wall They should show Hindi films at this time which they did until last year. Also it's high time MN+ SD, SMS SD and Le Plex SD launched.

So Zee following the footsteps of SMS HD, MN+ HD, Sony Leplex HD for showing the critically acclaimed, award winning movies targeting the elite customers. But as Jolly bro pointed out, SD customers who are the majority should be given a chance to view these movies channels in SD also. As per the recent trend in adding SD versions of once mentioned only HD channels(Star gold select, Star Sports select 1 & 2 SD) star might be launching the SMS SD soon, if not for the SD customers, atleast for more revenue generation.
