@mystic : premium hd alacarte : Rs 100 per month..... (one time fixed payment)

@hingorjo In that case you may loose 5.5 days (daily burn rate for HD royal pack is Rs18.5/- So 18.5 * 5.5 =101)

Otherwise , if daily burn rate applied for ala carte hd pack also, then you will loose 3 days.

Recharge with 100 and activate for pack by calling CC. :huh
 
Not yet , just sent conformation mail to cc as mentiond by cc, there is als a form atteched to mail called "concern resolution form" which claims fill form and solution within 2 hours,
 
ok.... if u have confirmed the alacarte through mail, they will send you another email confirming the activation of your package... After activation within hours, your package will be activated.. For me it took only 15 minutes after confirmation through voice call from customer care dish tv as i told before.... kindly update ur status on the alacarte after you get ur confirmation mail from CC... thanks...
 
Dishtv customercare mail service pathetic now days , send mail to cc for premium hd ala carte yesterday got reply today after 29 hours and again they asked reconformation , send reconformation mail 3 pm but still no activation......
