Subhash Chandra-led ZEEL’s Hindi entertainment channel Zee TV is in the process of rebranding. The network is planning to bring in new time slots on weekends, and is also planning to expand prime time on weekdays.
Speaking to Indiantelevision.com, Zee TV deputy business head Deepak Rajadhyaksha confirmed the news. Says he: "We are in the process of rebranding the channel -- by October, we will launch the new look.”
Regardless of rebranding, Rajadhyaksha said, the line-up will remain the same on the channel. “But, we are expanding the prime time on weekends and weekdays, both,” he added
“The positioning of the channel will remain the same, but it will be refined. The positioning will be the same but the approach will be fresh,” he said.
