This is a rather unnecessary comparison to make.
1. We are talking about Zee network HD channels. In that vein we might as well discuss Gemini Music HD which is also present on Airtel and Sun Direct but not Tata Play, but that is irrelevant to the topic at hand:
2. Who said Sun Direct is not ROI-centric? Doesn’t it have plenty of non-South HD channels? In fact South customers have been complaining that it doesn’t have many South channels.
3. What is the point of picking out channels that Tata Play doesn’t have? I did it to show that Zee Zest HD was thus far exclusive to Tata Play, but if every such channel is brought up, it won’t be fair.

Not targeting you or anyone specifically, but the points are more general.

Airtel dth is great improvement in hd channels adding all languages allow but tataplay is poor service for tamil channel adding, and zee zest hd and more channels are pending

Guys keep checking for scroll on channels like Travel XP, MN+ & other such channels where change in channel number may happen to add new SD/HD feed of chs present prior to it ....also channels listed under English Movie Genre ,English News Genre, Infotainment chs may undergo LCN change to Free Up LCN slots in Hindi News, Hindi Movies Genre, International News Genre.....quite likely that changes might also be done in Kids, Hindi Music Channel, Marathi, North East, Bhojpuri, Gujarati, Odiya channel LCN , Hindi Religious channels thereby creating required empty LCN slots is some of the above genres while reducing such empty slots in certain genres like Music, Kids genre bcoz these r unlikely to be used in near future.... Quite possible that Religious Channels would be shifted and allocated LCN slots post Hindi/English Music Channels

It is relevant dada, since u raised the point that Zee Zest HD until now was exclusive to Tata Play and now Airtel Digital TV is adding the same while certain channels which r exclusive to Airtel Digital TV have still not been added on Tata Play platform thus i added to it that even Investigation Discovery HD is one such channel.

Sun Direct tried to become an operator to cater to Pan India audience and increased bengali and few other genre channels on its platforms but since them not many steps have been taken to attract Rest Of India audience towards their platform....many ROI channels still unavailable on Sun Direct so it is not in same league as Tata Play, Airtel Digital TV, Dish D2h in this segment. As far as South Indian channels is concerned, they do focus more on the same but as many members have pointed out at various occasions that still many channels particularly those which r rival to Sun Network channels still r pending addition on Sun Direct platform, Tata Play and Airtel Digital TV here too r giving stiff competition to Sun Direct...d2h until 2021 end was very strong player in South Indian market but since then i believe they have had some decline in user base growth

4 channels mtv beats hd , mtv hd , vh1 hd and travel xp hd will never add / come in adtv
