Punit Goenka there in merger entity and Zee family own stakes, Unlikely they kill their own channels and business. without distribution very difficult to survive and can't play real game against Rivals in market, Now every big Broadcasters have stakes in distribution Cable/DTH platforms, nobody ready to surrender. Obviously Sony and Zee had commitment for same, if merger completes New entity have distribution support of Siti cable and Dish TV india Ltd too.
