Lol Sony/Zee agreed shutdown few channels from market share and hurt competition as CCI concerned, still merger hearing news continues. Beside another media company talks going for various things like sell, JV and merger, if deal happens 100 + channels presence in market under one entity.

Looks like CCI, MIB, TRAI, NCLT everyone dancing under Devil Ambi world, these unbelievable things only happen in India.

CCI, MIB, TRAI and NCLT have all noded for merger. Its the zee promoters who went against the order. So whose problem is it

It's shows your Ambani fanboy, simple Ambani fanboys don't want any competition in every sector.
 
I think cci will also ask network 18 to shut down some channels just like zee sony. Although the way rules are changed for few business houses in india, I will not be surprised if cci gives it a free pass

Viacom18 and Network18 different entity between Entertainment and news, just like ZEEL and Zee media(News).
