Post merge has its own cons. Investment will be big issue for some months or even years

&TV, &FLIX, &Xplor, A possible rebrand of &Pictures.

Who will run the Sony Hindi movie cluster after this merger (whether from Zee’s or Sony’s side) will determine the fate of Sony Max and Co. That is undecided for now. However, it is time Neeraj Vyas packed his bags and left. He has done severe damage to Sony Max as a channel and as a brand.
