Zero channels from many tp's.... any solution guys?

Do restore factory setting in ur STB and then check if u till not get channel then please realign ur dish.

Jointed damaged... can you be more specific? Because I am too weak in technical terms

Check the cable between antenna to stb, direct cable are any joint, check it

Direct cable... no joint... I can't check whether it is damaged or not...because cable comes through pipe and pipe is inside wall...
