Zing FTA 4 years purchased from official website but not activated

Sir, I bought from Flipkart ( Zing Fta - 4Yrs ). I called Customer care, I sent Sms but they do not have details of VC number or My Register mobile number. Please guide me, how to activate

Only customer care or any DishTV dealer in forum or your seller who sent you box I think or flipkart dealer keshavdth (web site in web search),nodal office in your area can help,send them scan copy of your invoice to concern office by mail and then call them DTH(Direct To Home) Service Provider India, HD/SD Set Top Box DishTV
