Direct to Home (DTH) operator Sun Direct has brought in a new retention offers for its deactive customers. The retention offer seemingly is targeted at Sun Direct customers in Tamil Nadu. Sun Direct is offering ‘TN Super Offer’ and ‘TN Churn Offer’ in a bid to attract the deactive Sun Direct customers in Tamil Nadu.

Under the ‘TN Super Offer‘, customers inactive over 30+ days can get Tamil DPO 1 and Tamil DPO 2. The first offer provides 6 months of Tamil DPO 1 subscription at Rs 987. The second offer provides 5 months of Tamil DPO 2 subscription at Rs 995. The third offer provides 10 months of Tamil DPO 2 subscription at Rs 1990.
Under the ‘TN Churn Offer‘, customers inactive 30+ days and 60+ days can get Tamil DPO 1. The first offer provides 1 month of Tamil DPO 1 at Rs 169. The second offer provides 2 month of Tamil DPO 1 at Rs 299. The third offer provides 4 month of Tamil DPO 1 at Rs 497. The fourth offer provides 9 month of Tamil DPO 1 at Rs 999.
The OTF mentioned in the image is reportedly related to distributors transactions and won’t affect the customers.
To gather more information on the activation process of these churn offers, Sun Direct users can contact the SunShine centres. To recall, Sun had earlier this year launched a ‘Pongal Special Offer‘ for inactive customers which covered the entire Southern Indian states with retention offers providing Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam DPO 1 packs.
The last offer is for 60+ days inactive customers. The above offers are solely for 30+ days inactive customers. The last offer provides Tamil DPO 1 for 2 months at Rs 222 with a OTF of Rs 10.
With fresh programming feed dried up on Television, cable and DTH users have been switching off their Television sets. DTH and Cable operators are looking to attract the deactive customers back to their platforms with discounted offers.

What is the correct one?
Sun Direct is not charging any amount on re-connection charges for customers. OTF is related to Distributors / retailers transactions. Kindly remove those wordings from the portal. Regards Noval from Sun Direct.
