Breaking Asianet plus to reveal something new

Means, Star wants to convert this channel into their 2nd GEC.

Seems it to be. Currently they are mainly showing dubbed starplus serials and old asianet show clips, movies, clips etc. Very less original content. With the revamp they telecast 2 new reality shows,1 talent show and a comedy talkshow. If they retain their some existing original contents then their overall original content will be majority. Don't know they stop all the repeat shows. They will retain some dubbed hindi serials which is not yet telecasted in Asianet.They are planning to make Plus as a youth oriented GEC.

Rosebowl in Asianet Cable Vision is better than Asianet plus.Plus had some better programme at start,but its pathetic now.They could show more music,talk show,movie review etc..

They should stop comedy stars and announce the winners soon. It's getting boring and it's been almost 800 episodes. Even serials won't run like that. If they don't want to lose the ratings, they should have come out with the a new season itsead of steching it to 8 years. Reality shows are supposed to find a winner and comedy stars is more like an soap opera which will never end.

Actually they don't know what to do next. Since comedy stars getting decent rating in barc they are feared about after stopping. The reality shows they started after comedystars won't fetch audience.
