Seeking Help Long term recharge

This is regarding long term recharges.
imaging if i do 6 months recharge today and within 6 months my stb gets broken and my stb is out of warranty.
i want to know what happens to my remaining balance ? are they gone or can i transfer my remaining balance to the new stb ?

The balance always is stored on the DTH service providers servers and not STB. So even if u change the STB, the balance gets synced with the new STB.

bro i live in sri lanka. and every d2h stb is registered under indian users. and good thing is my email address is linked with my current stb. if my stb get broken and can i send them an email using the registered email? so they will accept ?
