Regarding UTV Hd in secondary connection

Hello guys, i need your help. I have airtel digintal tv 2 connections with infinity all pack.
I am getting utv hd channel in first connection, but in second connection its showing unsubscribed.
Customer care is saying it is not part of your packand you are gettimg it in your firat connection as complimentry. Any one with same situation?
