Seeking Help how to change account as primary connection,now it's in secondary connection

Hi Everyone.

Last month i have recharged and after the one week automatically subscribed channels were disappeared.After that i asked my dealer to add again my channels and he added.After few days, all the subscribed channels were disappeared again.now i cannot add any channels using my d2h account.another dealer told your account changed as secondary connection so that how can i change this to primary connection?pls help me to resolve this
