Scramble Channels

I'm Using SUNDTH service. For the past two months, sime of the HD channels like Star Sports 1 HD, SELECT 1 HD, ZEE CINEMALU, Asia net HD etc etc are not showing video. They got hanged up on scramble. Need help and positive suggestion what should be done to remove this problem.

Following HD channels are not comming.

MAZHAVIL MANORAMA HD
SUN MUSIC HD
ZEE CINEMALU HD

ZEE TELUGU HD
MAA TV HD
UDAYA TV HD
GEMINI MUSIC HD
COLORS BANGLA HD
GEMINI MOVIES HD
ASIANET HD
SURIYA TV HD
COLORS KANNADA HD
STAR VIJAY HD

1) Check if all these channels are in fact part of the HD Package you have opted.
2) If yes, then the issue could be related to:
a) Dish needs realignment
b) Smart Card/STB issue

For (a) and (b) above, you'd want to contact Customer Care, let them know your Smart Card Number and register a complaint. Technician will come to your house to identify what the issue is. I believe home service charge is Rs.150.
