WarnerMedia yesterday through its authorized distribution partner Indiacast Media notified the revised composition of Turner Family Pack and Turner Family HD Plus Pack effective 16th December as a result of the shutdown of HBO SD, HBO HD, and WB along with the discontinuation of Turner HD Pack and Turner Family HD Pack.
The shutdown of HBO SD, HBO HD, and WB have affected the composition of all Turner bouquets bar the Turner Kids Pack. Indiacast Media in its notice stated, “If a DPO has subscribed to any bouquet(s) (under its current / prevailing interconnection agreement with Turner , through IndiaCast) which comprises of any of the Identified Turner Channel(s) (i.e. ‘WB’ and/or ‘HBO’ and/or ‘HBO HD’), then effective December 16, 2020, the MRP of such bouquet(s) shall be reduced by such percentage as shall be equivalent to the percentage of a-la-carte MRP of the removed Identified Turner Channel(s) to the sum total of the a-la-carte MRP of all channels originally forming part of such bouquet(s).”
Turner Family Pack currently offers Cartoon Network, CNN International, HBO, Pogo, and WB at Rs 10 per month which will effective 16th December only offer Cartoon Network, CNN International, and Pogo since HBO and WB are going to shutdown.
