If I am not wrong Airtel was already offering Miniplex since Janta Curfew days before lockdown. Than Tata Sky followed with service channels. Tata Sky also discontinued Jingalala Wednesday offers.
Miniplex is not a part of this scheme, in addition to this, Airtel was not providing that offer to all customers, it was available under free preview which has already ended on 31st March.
