Airtel Digital TV, India’s third-largest DTH operator, is filling the hardware quality gap to compete with premium operators such as Tata Sky. Soon Airtel will start providing Inverto LNB for some specific set-top box connections. New stock has recently arrived with this LNB.
DreamDTH exclusively accessed it and had a first look at this new and better LNB. This new LNB being given by Airtel is made by a company called ‘Inverto’, which is a leading supplier of broadcast reception equipment and video streaming solutions. The price of this LNB for India is not available yet but in other markets, this LNB is available for 19 BGN (about Rs. 775).
LNBs from Inverto give stronger signals than its competitors. Tata Sky was also using it for its Tata Sky+ HD (DVR) set-top boxes because it has three tuners. According to some reports, this LNB is being given with the newly launched Airtel Xstream set-top box.
The model of Inverto used by Airtel provides Low Phase Noise, DVB-S2 (HD and UHD) compliant, Low Noise Figure, Low power consumption, High Cross Polarization Isolation, and High-Frequency stability. It also mitigates interference from 4G/LTE transmissions.
Thank you ,But. In Srianka Airtel staff are not helping to customers.specially no action taken for e mails or calls to hot line.I am using two Connections but poor after customer service. I heard fairy tales from the sales staff B M U P Bandara of Kandy branch when the time I purchased sim cards but later he never answer to phone or no satisfactory level from others. Is this same in India?
Condition are not that worst here, we can raise complaints easily via Call or Email, if nothing works we can contact Nodal officer also. Twitter support of Airtel is best, they have knowledgeable and helpful person there.
