Any new Tamil channels test in Dishtv?

I think one tp may be become DVB S2 from these tp 11172 ,11090 or 11038

why?

they will migrate all channels to dvbs2 step by step.. and to improve zing digitals activation in south india

I don't think so. recent moves clearly says that, dishtv has selected these 3 tps to give free channels. becoz, this tps have high signal quality. easily can catch alongwith DD freedish setup. moreover lookslike Zee groups planning to give its all news channels (except zee news, z business) as free to get more viewership via DD freedish platform. instead of paying 6-7 crore to Freedish this s the best way.

As long as, Freedish Mpeg2 channels exists, these dishtv tps also will be in mpeg2/DVBS1. this s my guess only.

also one doubt arise, why they shifted zee kalinga & zing from 12110 & 12050 tps. are they going to encrypt this 2 tps?

may be dishtv thought that while freedish change into gsat15.if not getting through freedish dd channels in dishtv.so create slot to fill dd channels :huh
