But What We Can Do if Broadcaster Decide To Shut Down I think It Will Be Remove All DTH Who Carry This Channel.

First of all it is Epic HD which is being removed as per 1st Post and not the Epic SD channel.Removal from a DTH does not mean it will shut down.

Epic HD was exclusive to TS. Bad luck!

Most probably it is Epic HD which is being removed as Epic TV has good ratings.Also Epic TV HD is present on Fastway and other cable networks also.May be they will shut down in that case they have to announce the shut down which they had still not done.There is a something called distribution strategy where they would like to carry their channels on only cable TV networks .
