Once again dish tv want to stop new customer and focusing on foreign marketm
and zing will susatin.
a decade ago dish started to give good entertainment to villages and rural.
and now they failed to capture urban market .
so going back to tier 3 or lower cities with zing brand.
so its absolutely important to have regional channels.
but profitability need to balance between low arpu customer and carriage fee from regional channels.
previosly also dish had run scheme to capture lco customer.
this meight be done again by convering lco or person operating cable in village to dish tv (oops zing digital) distributer
