TN max hd 225/3 month mentioned in self care pack. Can we take that as a base pack

 
@ilikered I changed my pack from fta to my 99. Automatically subscribed tamil add on, told CC to remove the top up don't know whether they will refund? there is no tamil lifetime free pack available in the selfcare website. How to find the free tamil lifetime free pack?

Login to self care and on the left side click on your DTH account ID.

Then you'll see 3 tabs. Go-to connections tab. Scroll down to Services. Under Services, you will see SD Top Ups. Expand it and you'll see an option "Add free regional top-ups". Click on it and then select the two top-ups you want and click save. That's it. In 5-10 minutes the free top-ups will start showing up under your package.

If you need to add any more packs, you need to wait till the status of the previous request is complete. You can't add anything till the status shows "Request in progress".

@profsathya, you might get refund if you have unsubscribed same day, couple of our members got it. Refer post #67 for your other query.

when I contacted cc regarding dis he said no regional free top up is there for My plan 99 pack.... plz tell me how to get dis free top up.... I want odia lyf time free top up....
