Zee has played so cleavery in this case. All big broadcasters had mutually withdrawn their GECs (Star Utsav, Sony Pal, Rishtey). Zee also have withdrawn their Zee Anmol. Zee Anmol is now a popular brand. So, channel will definitely survive, everyone knows it either they have priced it ₹1.
But their another rerun channel Big Magic (soon Zee Magic) has failed to grab eyeballs. That's why they keep this channel on DDFD, basically for 2 reasons....
1. Channel ratings will be increased, 2. Rural people, who were addicted for Zee Anmol, they can easily attract with their popular channel's sister, in fact they (rural people) have no other options too.
Zee Anmol will charge us & Big Magic will increase their ratings.
