3ft modified dish

II had modified my 3ft dish its working full for cband but ku not well improved

Any one can tell how to upgrade it for ku signal it's working well for cband

what was d original size of d dish ?

if its working for C band, it shud work for Ku band as well.... but u ll get signals, like u got on small/original dish.

U might need to change the focus position of the lnb, by hit and trial, to receive maximum signal.

and don't try on powerful signals like 105e C-band, try on weaker signals to achieve maximum signal by modifying the focus.

Thanks its 90cm original dish. It's working perfectly for cband but not well for ku. I tried to set focus but I have not much idea. Asisat Sony tp I got 80% plus signals skybox a6. Lil better signal as 6ft solid dish compared.

Try to hold lnb in hand and check signal.. it wud bea lil difficult....or calculate focal length.. theres a formula.. which uses depth of dish n length.. search d net.. ull find it
