Because they will not add AP HD and TLC HD now. Only those channels are being changed whose HD versions are being added now.

Some HD & SD lcn changed Wednesday
Today tuesday lcn scroll start 6 SD lcn changed Wednesday morning

Weekly lcn changing :k

Not possible :HD channel addition
