No bro, it has only 3 Telugu HD channels(ETV HD, Maa tv HD and Maa Movies HD)
My parents watch only ETV and Maa tv so it is enough for me.

Yes. Activate the topup for ₹60 & it'll run continuously for 5 months after that DBR of ₹1 will be deducted.
