@iphifi bro, I have added TOPUP8715 for english movies through SMS as it wasn't showing on self care. I got the SMS saying the request will be processed shortly. However, neither the amount got deducted nor I'm getting the channels. What could be the issue?

bro as it's Monday, there could be some maintenance or updation going on as airtel normally does maintenance on Monday and Thursday. bro wait for sometime if still it doesnt work then try tommorrow.

If it doesn't get added after 30 mins then the request has probably failed. Don't know if its a temporary issue or because the topup is not eligibile. Either way, you can still activate is by calling customer care or messaging airtel presence on FB.

Still not added, it's been more than half an hour. I will try through FB channel.

Make sure you mention the exact name and price of topup.

Then that would may be the issue too coz recently they block some topups for Superstar Pack

For selfcare just now remove and add 1topup via SMS so that might not be the pblm I guess
