well people this is not a channel ,its a banner channel and it takes 2 percent of space of a normal channels as well as audio is highly compressed to reduce space usage. dont confuse it with tata sky wasting space, its not at all any wastage. some people think that tata sky has added crap channel, they should know this fact
infact few years back when bbc ent and c beebies used to telecast for 12 hrs, then for remaning 12 hrs tata sky used to show banner in that too tata sky was just using 1 channel space and not two. right now too tata sky replaced dd gujarati,dd punjabi, dd spatagiri anmd dd kashir with dd podhighai, dd urdu,dd rajya sabha and dd bharathi, the reason for this was that tata sky got additional space as dd rajya sabha is a static banner channel for most time and that space is used by tata sky for a extra channels. these r complex things, if u understand deep things, u will know each motive behind a move, if not u will not
