Which no win MPEG2 then it try MPEG4 but not all, only many time bulletin tv. MPEG2 technology cover 100% viewer (including MPEG4 viewer) but MPEG4 channel only for MPEG4 box hence tv channel only reachable to 20% (dont know exact number) viewer only.

Reaching to 100% viewer better than to reach 20%. That the power of MPEG2 even we live in advanced technology era.
