Now after Trai new order implementation, the pay channel cost will be born by the customer and not by the dth.
if Jaya tv wants more money, they have to increase the cost of the channel rather than asking more money from d2h.
I believe to solve this issue only, Trai implemented the new rule

Why these dth companies are collecting money from channels. ?
If dth company collecting carriage fee from channel , then why collecting N.C.F from customers?
DTH are earning money from 2 sides like broker's.

Yes, DTH will earn both ways NCF from Customers and Carreige fee from Broadcaster depending on subcribtion percentage.
