about gsat 12

gsat 12 launched on 15th July, 2011
gsat 8 having 12 transponders...
but till now no opeator canot use this satellite...
is there any problem with this satellite like gsat 8????

may be problem in some tp but not in all tp. As its for dd direct but there is something in dd directs administration that they dont want move[might be something by dish tv. They get most advantage by dd direct in current orbit.

Its big confusion that satellite was for state own's dd direct plus [talk like Gsat 10] but as dd don't want move orbit so only ISRO can say truth behind it.
