Activation charges ?

Dear members,
Can anybody tell my what are activation charges for Tata Sky ?
(For HD and HD+)
I think it is part of STB charges, right ?

What if I have bought STB earlier and now I want to install ?
Do I have to bear installation and activation expenses ?
(It was not used previously for over a year)

Bro,Installation Charge Rs.300 to Rs.450 Bro & New Connection Installation Charge is Free & Also Old Customers means activate ur connection I think no charge

1 year not use means first turn the stb & working or not please check & my sundirect sd also 1year not using past week it is working for few hours after now it's not working for me & please check

I got it installed the Dish..
It is new installation as stated earlier.. for HD+ they are asking 4k for activation and installation :angry
(though I had bought the box earlier, I never installed it, as I had different provider)

4k for installation n activation is a huge amount.
also u had invested a huge amount while purchasing stb.
so two times payment for the same is invalid.
try to contact to nodal officers. or else mail to consumer court. i did it once 4 my adtv n i got prompt response from adtv.
mail to consumer court ll work 4 u also bro.
