Here a picture is provided that TS having less no. of Music channels, which is wrong totally. Have any one of you subscribed to active music new ? Please do that and then talk. Its a wonderful service for music lovers. And listen its just RS 5 per day which can be dropped at any time. But in Airtel or Videocon you cannot drop any active service before one month. Is that better ? TS provides world class active service which no other dth canmatch. DISH TV provides useless active services, D2H provides channels in small screen in the name of active services which is useless. Even Sun Direct provides Cinema Clubs & Comedy Services. Look at Airtel - all the active services are chargeable ! But tata sky provides two actve services for free - ACTVE DARSHAN & ACTVE DOORDARSHAN. Please judge and say.

Problem is people demand not only music channels but also other channels as well as services. So they are adding one by one

The question remains the same.....

So what could be the reason behind adding more Active music services & at the same time not adding popular music channels which are already available on other DTH or not adding radio services....?

The problem with suscribers is that they are not getting much required music channels. I dont think suscribers want Active Music Services at the cost of music channels. The problem is with this TS management policy of pushing active services.

Your question will remain same indefinitely as we are subscribers and we are not from management. We cannot answer any query, we can only give feedback. So it will be better not to ask question but to switch to your favorite DTH/Cable.

Yes thats the only option subscribers have....Hope someone from TS management reads DDF & then decide about addition of much demanded channels instead of pushing Active Music Services for the cost of HD channel.

but here there is one more mess which exists in DTH industry. If you switch to other DTH and stop recharging your previous DTH, operators like ADTV send threat sms and emails of taking legal action if you do not return the box. And before doing so they will call you at least 100 times asking why you are not recharging.

I think mostly it happens to ADTV only. So we can ask tem to go ahead & take whatever legel action they want to take....
Anyway better if DTH portability option is made available by Trai/govt to customers....:k

TS have very less music channels only five.I don't think UTV stars and Zoom is a music channel.They have to put this two channels in hindi gec catagory and add 4-5 music channels.:angry:angrywallangry:angry

Looking at the stature of Tata Sky, number of music channel is amazingly low. Hope they do something about it as it has been painful 4-5 years of we customers on this aspect.

PS - Please also add Travel XP HD and Baby TV.
