ADTV Refunded Full Amt Of ARP Top Up Pack

Hi Friends,

After subscribed to infinity pack of all hd and sd they automatically removed the 6 months advance rental pack of "Max HD all south".After that I called the CC and ask can I get the amt back,because I am activate the pack on Dec 1.CC take my request and they said one month amt may be deduct and remaining 5 months amt credited,I said ok.
But today I got full amt of Rs 1350 and it is credited to my ADTV account.Airtel do not deduct 1 month amount.

Friends if you activated infinity pack and if you are already subscribed to a long duration pack.Please call Customer Care.

Since the amount and the utilized days are less, they gave you full amount. But usually won't...
