It is available in hidden scan only.. There is no PMT value so no box can scan.. Not sure about ADTV box... FTA box users can confirm this.

It is available under SDT list and that could be the reason ADTV box reads it..

Which means, the ADTV box is reading hidden channel if it is listed in SDT table. It happened with Dish TV HD as well.

In below thread, the 4 channels were hidden but Dish TV box was showing it.
